File consists of materials pertaining to a magazine published by the College. It is simply referred to as the "fall magazine" in the documents, which include a list of deadlines, advertising rates, and handwritten notes.
The Publicity Committee, which was made up of divisional representatives from across the College, was tasked with developing and guiding a marketing strategy for the institution, as well as to serve as an editorial board for all internal College publications. The Publicity Committee included representation from the PIO, which collected and/or produced the materials in this file.
